Well, I burned most of my Saturday at Youth Symphony rehearsal today, from 10:30 to 16:30. Though, it was pretty fun. I like Youth Symphony rehearsals, there's always a lot of insight gained, and I'm starting to like the Hindemith more anyways. Syncapation is a good thing.

Our school has a new superintendent this year, and there is a new policy regarding out-of-town trips: he will personally approve all of them. Interesting... must be a new liability issue.

Woohoo! Peyton finally got the impulsively recorded strolling performance on MiniDisc, without anything set up for recording, really. There is like 52 minutes worth of stuff, so I'll listen to them all for a while in the car and pick out the best to post on this site.

In spite of all the stuff that I had to do, I sat down to watch Lethal Weapon 4 tonight, hoping to catch some nice car chase action. Well, the ending wasn't as dramatic as I had liked it, the first few parts of the movie were more dramatic, I felt, and had me on my toes. Owell, seeing that Pontiac Grand Am buzz around on the freeway and taking on an 80s Mercedes sedan was pretty tight. And I liked the scene where it crashed through an architectural firm. There was some pretty nice humour in that movie, I was laughing most of the way.
