Picture - Hmm, maybe that CV axle boot is broken.
Picture - I'm not able to find any real breaks in the boots, but I might as well replace the axle since the seal at the transmission is leaking too.

Picture - Time to pull the engine.
Picture - I think installing the wheels on the engine hoist took longer than the actual task of pulling the engine.

Picture - Tried to drive back to the second day of the race this morning, but I lost a cylinder on the way. 0 compression on cylinder 3. The 14-year-old motor gave it all, and we managed to finish the Rallycross season.

Day 1 of the last Lonestar Rallycross event this year!
On the way home the rear driver's side wheel bearing started grinding really badly. I stopped by an Autozone that had a replacement in stock so I can change it before day 2 of the race!
Picture - I could only seem to get the 1/4" ratchet in behind the hub assembly, but clearly I will need to try a different way.
Picture - Oh, I see now, there is a hole in the lower control arm that is perfect for putting a 14mm socket through it to get to the brake bracket bolt. Cool!
Youtube Video - It is so broken it could be used by the Salvation Army ringers
