Well anyways, when we actually did get there, Six Flags was cool. It was a get wet day, as it stormed on us for 30 minutes, then totally cleared up. We did all the major rides, really. I've come to a conclusion The Boss is better from the back, cause it's faster, the front is just excessively bumpy and slow, and for some odd reason, not as much suspense. Mr. Freeze is best when you are in the front of the 4-person rail cars, as you can't see anything being in the second rows. I also discovered that Batman runs so much faster from the back too. Man, today was the first time that I actually got wet on Thunder River, and that was pretty darn awesome. They redid the Log Flume so one gets wet too, now, I think, cause I got pretty soaked. Then there's that other ride, the Highland Street Flyer, or whatever. I thought it was going to be another one of those stupid torture rides that go around and around, but it really turned out to be awesome. Everything relies on centripetal force, so there are no restraints or harnasses. And it's not as stomach-belching as most circular rides like that usually are. It was actually pretty fun.
We also saw this illusionist perform in a theatre, and well, I guess it was ok. He had some cool tricks, but he did them with a very tacky modernistic flare. Not to mention, he used Backstreet Boys and stuff for music. But it was cool, I don't get to see live illusionists very often.
