A cop pulled me over at Midland and Vernon for "failing to stop at stop sign". However, there were two stop signs, and I paid extra caution at that special intersection. I stopped right before the intersection. Many factors lead me to believe I got pulled over because I was there and there might be a quota to issue tickets or something. The cop was obviously clueless about the situation. The conversation went like this: "I pulled you over for not stopping at Midland and Vernon." "But I did stop." "You have to stop at the stop sign." "There are two stop signs there, I stopped at the intersection." (It was an X-type 45-135-degree intersection on two-lane Midland, so of course they stop signs weren't parallel) "Well, when there's a car in front of you, you have to stop behind the car, and then stop at the intersection." "There was no car in front of me." "That is true." And then he wrote me the ticket. I gave up, there is no point talking to him, he isn't going to change his mind or anything, that would be too embarrassing for him. So I'll have to work this out in court. This is just absolutely ridiculous.

The Super Bowl is today. The St. Louis Rams are in it. Wow. Last year they were the worst team in the league, and they have taken a total comeback this year. Oh man! It was such a good game! Rams lead 16-0 at one point, and the Tennessee Titans came back and tied it in the 4th quarter with a little over 2 minutes left, and the Rams do a touchdown. Then, with very little time, the Titans almost get a touchdown at the very last second, but came one yard short! Woah! So it was an awesome game. But wow! St. Louis Rams won the Super Bowl!
