My new motherboard came in today, it's a nice $57 motherboard that supports up to 550Mhz, PC100, UDMA/66, On board sound, and all that good stuff. An interesting thing is, it comes with USB! I have 2 USB ports! I didn't see that in the specs, I thought it was optional, but now that I have it, I'm happy! The mice that I ordered were also better than I expected. They had the middle scrolling roller! It looks like I will order from this vendor again :) So, I got a K6-350Mhz chip too, for $39 :) What a nice deal :) I love buying almost obsolete junk :) Well, time to put all this together and let you know how it turns out, before I stay up until tomorrow writing, cause it's getting LATE here :)

I was playing with Satori WebFX 2000 today, and it was quite buggy... So I decided to give up on it, because there appeared to be some cool features in it, but none of them worked, they all crashed the system :) Maybe I'll wait for the next version.
I stumbled across a pretty cool movie, and it's amazing because I don't watch TV, but this movie is totally hilarious. It's called "The Chase" I saw it a couple weeks ago, but last night I got around to taping it :) It's a GREAT movie. Course, I probably think that because I don't watch TV, but that's OK, it's entertaining for me, and that's what matters :) The movie is of interest to me a lot cause if involes a car chase, but little of the movie has the action of that going on. What is really entertaining for me is that it plays a really funny satire many aspects of modern society. Prominent objects of satire are Law Enforcement and the Media. As I think about it more, it's funny to realize that the satire is not far from reality.
After some hacking around, I managed to be able to figure out a way for Windows 95 to display Chinese characters using GB or Big5. And it's stable too. I got it to print, copy-paste, and everything. It's great. Chinese Applications even work, like MS Word 6.0 Chinese version. Now I don't have to switch between Chinese and English Operating Systems anymore :)
