Tonight I went to the Tivoli theatre with Susan to see Monty Python: The Quest for the Holy Grail. It was neat to actually watch it on full screen theatre, it's surprising the added detail you get, actually, I liked it. Also my first time in the Tivoli, and I think it's pretty cool.

Well, so this guy in the 92 Buick in front of me decides he wants to stop and yell at this lady, so when he gets to where the Oldsmobile was holding traffic, stops right in front of it, and makes all sorts of gestures and mouthed some things. So now, for the sake of yelling someone for blocking the right lane, he's just decided to all of a sudden stop and block the left lane too! Talk about being a hypocrite. I was aware that he had stopped, but the person behind me sure wasn't, and the next thing I knew I saw a black 3rd generation Pontiac Sunbird come screeching towards my bumper, and the hood ducking under the view of my rear-view-mirror, narrowly missing rear-ending me.
By this time, people in both lanes agreed with me that this was ridiculous, and we went into a chorus of horn-honking. Well the guy in the Buick started to edge forward, still yelling at the lady. Finally, when he edged up enough so that I have space to use the right lane and pass him, I did that, finally allowing the lunch-hour traffic to kinda flow. I passed him, and then went back over to the left lane for my left turn a couple traffic lights ahead.
Well then the guy in the Buick decided he was bored of the lady, and got mad that I passed him. So then he proceeds to pass me using the yellow middle turning lane on Olive! Well we were approaching a red light at Old Bohnhomme, where several cars were stopped, and so I slowed down to get ready to stop, and then he swerved to the right to try to push me over, but I kept my nerve, as I wasn't about to get pushed over to the right lane and run into someone. So I stop behind this Volvo S80. The guy in the Buick is next to me, and rolls down his window to try to get my attention. I don't even want to know what kind of idiot he is, I just kinda minded my own business.
Well the light turned green, and he thought a great way to get in front of me and satisfy his anger is to cut the corner of his car into the gap between my front bumper and the rear bumper of the Volvo. Except idiot drivers like this never have any skill. He slammed right into the corner of the rear bumper of the Volvo. Good thing it was a Volvo, cause all his car did was bounce back, but that bumper must have contracted about 4 inches. I thought there was definite damage, but it looked like nothing happened, Volvos and Buicks are like that. Now that he's proven himself an idiot too many times, I took a glance at him, giving him the proper look of "look at what you've done, all because of your anger," and drove off. The Volvo kept going, surprisingly, as if nothing happened. Buick guy still managed to get right behind me in traffic, but left a very huge 200 feet gap between me and him, I think finally the close call subsided his anger.
But definitely, by far, this is the worst driver I'd never seen in my life.
But anyways, tonight I went with Spencer to CompUSA to pick up some upgrades for his computer. In the meantime, I experienced the new intake on his Integra GS-R. Pretty nice.

After that, I had to run to the airport to pick my parents up. They definitely had good vacation in Orlando, and they brought back some interesting souveniers, especially from Cape Canaveral. There's this robot that uses suction cups to climb up mirrors and file cabinets and stuff. Quite nifty.

We had a strolling rehearsal tonight to prepare for Tuesday's Family and Friends stroll, and some of the alumni are coming back to play with us. It's definitely fun having some of them back for a little bit.
