One of the things I enjoy most about music is the diversity of art, so I find that I jump around in my passions for musical genres. I like everything from baroque to minimalist modern classical, smooth jazz to trance techno, bluegrass to pop country, and of course the nebulous genre that we float around now of "alternative" music.

I play violin, or fiddle, depending on what mood I'm in. If you ask me what the difference betwen a violin and a fiddle is, my answer is definitely, "the way you play it." Additionally, the electric violin allows for all sorts of things beyond what you'd usually define a violin or fiddle.

I've enjoyed the experience of playing in a lot of quality orchestras, and I also find myself staying up late just playing by myself sometimes for enjoyment and discovering something new. The following are some recordings I've made:

See What a Morning - Keith Getty and Stuart Townend - April 2020

Don't Stop Believin' - Journey - May 2021

Sweet Child of Mine - Guns N' Roses - April 2014

Carry On My Wayward Son - Kansas - July 2008

Telemann Concerto in C Major for 4 Violins

Blessed Be Your Name - Redman (2.2MB MP3) - 29th of May, 2008 (130-kbps MP3)

Hymns - Summer 2008 (130-kbps MP3)

Bach Partita No. 2 in D Minor for Solo Violin, BWV 1004 - Summer 2007 (60-kbps MP3)

It Is Well - (Youtube Video) A spontaneous recording made on the 6th of January, 2008 - an improv solo violin arrangement captured on the 5-string electric violin with basic acoustic tone.

A little Regent Square postlude

And now here are some other special clips, not of me playing:
